Type of Training | Description |
---|---|
Creating Accessible Documents: Level I (MS Word) | This Level I training session is designed to teach you how to create accessible Microsoft Word documents. If you plan, format and structure your document correctly from the start, it will ensure the file is not only accessible but can also be converted to alternate formats, such as PDF, while retaining its accessibility features. |
Creating Accessible Documents: Level II (PDFs) | This Level II training session is designed to teach you how to fix accessibility issues within PDFs, in order to make them accessible. Ideally, you will have completed the “Creating Accessible Documents: Level I (MS Word)”, outlined above, before participating in this workshop. |
Creating Accessible PowerPoint Presentations | Learn how to create accessible PowerPoint presentations and how to fix accessibility issues in existing presentations. |
Accessible InDesign Best Practices | Training on best practices for making sure your InDesign files are accessible before converting to PDF. Having accessible source files prior to conversion will result in fewer accessibility issues with PDFs created with Adobe InDesign. |
